FAQ
How to Book
Bookings are taken exclusively by debit/credit card on the online booking system.
No bookings can be taken by phone or email.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 10% is payable immediately on booking.
You should receive a Booking confirmation email with your Booking Reference.
Changes
Log on with your booking reference if you need to make changes.
Adjustments to dates, names, numbers etc can be made up until the balance is paid.
Balance
YOU MUST PAY YOUR BALANCE AT LEAST 2 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR HOLIDAY OR THE SYSTEM WILL CANCEL YOUR BOOKING.
We do not store card details so you must log back in to pay the balance.
WE RECOMMEND YOU SET A CALENDAR REMINDER.
We send email reminders from 3 weeks before your stay but they sometimes get lost.
Note: No changes to dates are possible after the balance is paid - only car reg changes.
Note: The cottages are available for short breaks or whole week bookings, except from mid June to the end of August when they are available for whole weeks only (Sat-Sat).
